With a combined experience of over 40+ years in the customer experience industry, founders Jonathan Schroyer and Scott McCabe recognized that it was time for a new, innovative customer experience model to help companies generate value. Together they created Officium Labs, a decentralized network of thought leaders and innovators who help companies create best-in-class service experiences for their customers in the gaming, tele-health, and on-demand delivery industries, amongst others.
 
The name Officium (Latin for service) and brand architecture speaks to their unique delivery of incredible customer experiences. The best customer service is both friendly and outgoing, and that’s the basis for what we set out to achieve with the design solutions.
 
We used the symbol of unity, the circle, as the foundation of the brand and worked in the warmth of the color orange, representing enthusiasm and emotion. Illustrated and photography scenes of customer service representatives are approachable and inclusive. An extensive iconography set makes complex ideas easy to understand and contain a sense of energy. Crafting their website and digital products was a highlight of working with them, and their online presence now strongly reflects the core of who they are.

 

Our work with them helped them triple website visits, increased bookings by 400%, and increase their brand value 3x. These efforts led to them being acquired by Arise Virtual Solutions, a billion dollar customer experience company.
